Service Description
Certain services require a consultation before booking to ensure suitability and alignment. The consultation fee is credited toward any appointment scheduled during the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To provide you with the best possible experience, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. Some services may require a consultation and/or deposit prior to confirmation. When booking, please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can stay in touch regarding your appointment. If you are a new client or booking a specialised service such as extensions, smoothing, or corrective work, a consultation may be required first. The cost of the consultation will be deducted from the final service if completed. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee. For services that require specially ordered products (such as bespoke extensions or colour), the cost of those items may still apply in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Simply click the link while making an appointment and we’ll contact you as soon as a suitable appointment becomes available. Our waitlist clients are prioritised when cancellations occur, and we do our best to accommodate requests promptly.
